We have a Beacon SiteWorks Committee chaired by Chris Winner that reports to TATTL. Chris also chairs a weekly meeting of Team Leads shown on the chart below.

The project is transitioning to rolling out production SiteWorks sites with Development focusing on future enhancements and fixing issues.
