User Guide

The User Guide is for Web Managers who are creating and editing content using the u3a SiteWorks Theme and Plugins. It applies to sites migrated from SiteBuilder, Starter Sites (these have no migrated content) or sites on u3a arranged hosting adopting the u3a Theme and Plugins.

The User Guide is not an introduction and is technical in parts. Development is well advanced on training material and an induction course for u3as migrating from SiteBuilder.

As an introduction this 24 minute video explains what a SiteWorks WordPress site looks like and demonstrates how to edit it. To play, click on the central red play button. Once playing it can be viewed full screen using the icon at the bottom right next to the text “YouTube”. To exit full screen press Escape. To stop press the Pause icon.
