When Site Builder is shut down on 13th December the team will finish off assisting live sites that need help with final touches.

From January 2025 the team will transition to what we call Business as Usual (BAU). Key functions will include:

• The Help Desk
• User Guides and related articles, new Web Manager workbook training
• Operational management of live sites
• Provision of new ‘Starter Sites’ and assistance moving SiteWorks sites to the Trust’s hosting
• Change Management – new features including WordPress releases
• Communications – administration of contacts, operational updates, newsletters, promoting SiteWorks
• Contributing to Beacon/SiteWorks integration
• Governance and interfacing with the Trust.
