If your issue cannot be resolved by referring to our User Guide then you will be able to raise a support ticket with our Help Desk team. We will be providing a form to create a support request. Note that the Help Desk is expected to only be available to Trust hosted SiteWorks sites – while it is run by volunteers is does carry costs.

The ticketing system is provided by the Zendesk product that is also used by the Trust to manage general queries and by the Beacon support team.
