  • The Help Desk support ticketing service
  • User Guides, ‘How tos’ and related articles, new Web Manager and author foundation guides
  • Operational management of live sites (backups, restores, update maintenance)
  • Provision of new ‘Starter Sites’ and assistance moving SiteWorks sites to the Trust’s hosting
  • Change Management – new features including WordPress releases
  • Keeping records – administration of Web Manager contacts
  • Communications – operational updates, newsletters, promoting SiteWorks
  • Contributing to the Beacon/SiteWorks integration project
  • Governance and interfacing with the Trust.
