- The Help Desk support ticketing service
- User Guides, ‘How tos’ and related articles, new Web Manager and author foundation guides
- Operational management of live sites (backups, restores, update maintenance)
- Provision of new ‘Starter Sites’ and assistance moving SiteWorks sites to the Trust’s hosting
- Change Management – new features including WordPress releases
- Keeping records – administration of Web Manager contacts
- Communications – operational updates, newsletters, promoting SiteWorks
- Contributing to the Beacon/SiteWorks integration project
- Governance and interfacing with the Trust.
