For the occasional user, the information provided on the Dashboard may be more than what is required. For this reason, the Administrator can provide a u3a specific information module, for example, with brief notes on how pages and posts are to be configured.

To configure the Dashboard as an administrator, Select u3a Settings ⇒ Dashboard Settings from the Dashboard menu, this gives the screen shown below.

Add the content into the text box, in addition, the widget title can be changed as required. The Administrator is given the option of being able to provide this information to Editors, if required, by selecting the tick box.

On completion, select Save Settings. A confirmation will appear, confirming the changes have been saved.
